We went to access our locker and was standing on line at 12:40. By the time our turn came it was 12:45 and the bank officer Fazal straight denied that we cannot get to our locker. Even if there was 15 more minutes to access. It was urgent to access the locker and it's causing a hardship for us for not being able to. Moreover the officer was rude and had an attitude for denying. He would have said it better. They need to go for PR and customer relations training to be more presentable and provide a better customer service.
